The 14th International Conference on Low Frequency Noise and Vibration and its Control will be held in Aalborg, Denmark from 9th to 11th June 2010 in cooperation with 'Journal of Low Frequency Noise, Vibration and Active Control' and INCE/Europe.

Instructions for presentation
Each paper has 20 minutes for presentation. It includes oral presentation, discussion and changeover to the next author. For example, 15 minutes for the oral presentation, 3 minutes for the questions or discussions and 2 minutes for changeover to the next author.
Conference registration:
The conference fee is DKR 4200,-.
The conference fee includes lunch during the conference, social programme and conference dinner.

The conference is held at Aalborg Congress & Culture Centre in the center of the City of Aalborg. The venue is situated close to the Museum of Modern Art, park areas and has very close access to the railway station and shopping areas.
Accommodation: Aalborg offers a wide range of accommodation facilities within walking distance of the conference venue. For a list of quality hotels in the Aalborg area see this page: link. Note that not all of these hotels are within walking distance of the conference venue.
Through the registration it is possible to book hotel rooms at a special rate (a limited number of rooms are available). The hotel "Quality Hotel Aalborg" is right next to the conference venue, while "Hotel Hvide Hus" is 1 minutes walk away.

Conference Social Programme:
Tuesday evening 8th of June there will be a welcome reception at the conference venue.
In the afternoon of Thursday the 10th of June a visit to the Laboratories of Acoustics, Aalborg University is planned. Here it will be possible to see and hear the unique Low-frequency test facility. Other areas within acoustics will also be demonstrated - including 3D sound.
The trip will then go to Lindholm Høje, which is a museum and burial ground from the iron age to the Viking age. Here there will be entertainment and conference dinner - Viking style.
The social programme and conference dinner is included in the conference fee.
